Teachers and Staff Qualifications

Bright Abilities Academy, a private K–5 school in Winter Garden, is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and qualified educators and support professionals who are passionate about helping every child learn, grow, and thrive.

Depending on the position, qualifications may include:

• Relevant educational or professional experience 
• College degrees or completed coursework 
• Professional licenses or certifications 
• Specialized training 
• Experience working with elementary-aged students 
• Experience supporting students with disabilities 
• First aid, CPR, behavioral-support, or safety training 
• Technology,  expertise 

Employees and contracted personnel with direct student contact must satisfy all applicable background-screening requirements before beginning their assigned duties. Personnel also complete orientation and training appropriate to their positions, which may include student safety, mandatory reporting, emergency procedures, behavior support, confidentiality, and other school-required training.
